摘要

沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1(silent information regulator 2 homolog 1,Sirt1)在生物体中广泛表达,属于第III类组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase,HDAC)。它可通过氧化应激、炎症、内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)等机制影响细胞的凋亡和衰老,广泛参与多种疾病的发生与发展。

Abstract

The Silent information regulator 2 related enzymes 1 (Sirt1) is widely expressed in organisms, which belongs to class III histone deacetylase (histone deacetylase, HDAC). It can affect cell apoptosis and senescence through oxidative stress, inflammation and endoplasmic reticulum stress, widely involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases.
