冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的临床病理特点

摘要
目的：分析冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的临床病理特点，以提高其诊治率。方法：回顾性分析2014年8月至2015年7月中南大学湘雅二医院确诊的冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的3例患者的临床资料。结果：3例冷球蛋白血症性肾炎患者中2例为中年女性，1例为青年男性，所有患者均伴有系统性损伤的表现，3例患者的冷球蛋白的血清冷凝集试验为阳性。2例合并HBV感染，1例合并HCV感染。结论：冷球蛋白血症性肾炎有其独特的肾脏病理特征，肾活检可提高冷球蛋白血症性肾炎的诊断率，提高临床医生对此病的认识，及早进行标准化的治疗。

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical and pathological features of cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis. Methods: We reviewed the clinical date of 3 patients with cryoglobulinemia admitted to the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from August 2014 to July 2015. Results: There were two middle-aged women and one young men, and all patients were accompanied by systemic damage, and serum cryoglobulin were positive. Two cases were associated with HBV infection and one with HCV. Conclusion: Cryoglobulin glomerulonephritis has unique pathological features, which could be contributed to the early diagnosis of disease and early treatments.
